My husband and I moved to Lisbon from NYC in December 2022, one year later we bought an apartment and needed help with decorative painting and the move. The team met us at our apt for a substantive meeting about expectations, process, budget and schedule.

The new apt would be painted using agreed upon colors, being ready for us to move in one month after the start of the work. We’d be receiving regular reports on the process, including photos, videos and written updates. The move would happen in 3 stages, packing, moving and unpacking.

The paint job included lots of woodwork and refinishing to renew surfaces, the result was beyond our expectation. The move, like the paint job, included as many as 12 individuals working in tandem to deliver on schedule. Kelli’s regular texts, reports, videos and calls kept us up to speed throughout. The final clean up was immaculate, and even after almost 6 months of living here, we are so happy with the result.

Move To Portugal Now helped us move from our rental apt in Lapa to our newly purchased home in Arroios. The entire process from planning /scheduling out the move , to packing, to the actual move , to even getting our new home ready for us with a spanking new paint job… Kelli managed it all so beautifully that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her team of movers is incredibly loyal to her, and works like a family. The move was planned out to fit our personal schedule , and intended to be as non-evasive and non-disruptive to our lives as possible . And it was.

Each day of the process we got regular updates from her, re what the crew was working on, what they had accomplished that day, and what the plan for the next days would be . The communication was amazingly thorough. We felt so cared for and looked after. Her crew was very respectful, kind, and worked with us, around us.

Our new home needed a total new paint job. And her team were EXPERTS in painting . Three weeks before we moved in, they started painting , so that they would be finished by Move-In day. The paint job they did was unbelievable. Not only did they paint all the walls impeccably. But they removed all the doors and wooden shutters, stripped them, sanded them ,and finished them with three coats of a gorgeous lacquer paint. They really took the time, and with great pride, in doing a perfect job with every single piece of wood.

Whenever we would stop in to check progress, every one of the workers were so respectful and kind to us, asking us if they were doing a good job, if there was anything that they were leaving out . They always shook our hands , even hugged us , like family. This is all a trickle down from their boss Kelli!!!

Our move was flawless , from start to finish. The paint job was beyond our expectations. And best of all, we made a new friend in Kelli. She has helped us with so many issues and questions regarding moving into a new place. When it came time to purchase all the new appliances and accessories that we needed; she knew exactly where to take us. And her command of Portuguese was so helpful in ensuring that we got great service! Kelli does everything with love and passion. She wants her clients to be happy, to feel like family.
